About

Meet Rich Feller President

Meet Jenn Long Program Director & Consultant

Humbled by the power of creating collaborative alliances, I try to be fully present to clarify a client's story.  Answers come from within us. Thoughts, feelings, and actions construct our reality. Options grow from learning to “reframe”, seeing things in additional ways, or letting things go. Strengths and habits help and limit how we navigate transitions. We desire to belong, find meaning, and remain relevant. Demanding that our uniqueness be honored and loved is self-defeating. My journey includes great opportunities and losses, exaltation and imbalance.  Aiming to be self-accepting, optimistic, and internally motivated, I try to be curious, kind, and encouraging.
